Reserve a Party at the Pool

Make your next celebration unforgettable by reserving the pool at Poplar Springs Swim & Racquet Club for your birthday or any celebration! As a member, you enjoy exclusive access to host poolside parties, making it the perfect setting for family and friends.

Only pool members can make reservations.

  • The member must stay for the entire party.

  • Parties last 2 hours.

  • No parties are allowed on holiday weekends or Friday evenings.

  • Members must escort non-members on and off the premises.

  • The member is responsible for their guests and any damages.

  • Clean up the pool deck and party area after use.

  • Do not use tape for ANY decorations in the pavilion.

  • If the pool area is not clean, as assess by the Pool Manager, the damage deposit will not be returned.

  • All pool rules and by-laws apply.

  • Premier Members Party Fee: $100 with a damage deposit of $25. Party limited to 25 bodies MAX, swimming or not.

  • Reserve Members Party Fee $250 with a damage deposit of $25. Party limited to 25 bodies MAX, swimming or not.

Non-Member Party Rental fee is $350 with damage Deposit of $50. All Non-Member parties must have a Current Premier Member in good standing present for the duration of the party. All party liability will be assumed by the Premier Member. Party limited to 25 bodies MAX, swimming or not.
